It is recommended that the baby food consists of vegetables at ⅔ and carbohydrates at ⅓. Once your baby is accustomed to the baby food for the first time, you can gradually increase the quantity. As soon as the quantity has reached approx. 200g, you can gradually stop feeding your baby milk. The average quantity of a supplementary food is between 180g and 300g.
