Return policy

Which products can be returned at Glassmania? 

The right of revocation (right of return) according to our General Terms and Conditions does not apply to products with personalisation. Only products without personalisation may be returned. In Switzerland the right of revocation (right of return) does not apply. 

 

How do I return products?

  • For Switzerland
    • In Switzerland the right of revocation (right of return) does not apply. 
  • For orders outside of Switzerland:
    • For products with personalisation, the right of revocation (right of return) according to our general terms and conditions does not apply. This is because the products have been personalised and therefore cannot be resold.
    • If you have ordered products without personalisation, you must return them to us within 14 days of receipt. 

To return a product without personalisation, please proceed as follows:

  • Enter your return request in the "Return" section of your customer account. If you do not have an account, click on this link. 
  • Fill in the required fields. Your return request will now be processed.
  • As soon as your return request is accepted, you will receive an e-mail with the return voucher(store credit).
  • Prepare your package in its original packaging, go to the post office and keep the signed receipt carefully.
  • As soon as we receive your package, Glassmania will confirm the following points:
    • Original packaging in good condition with all possible accessories and documentation.
    • Intact and unused products
    • Returned quantity same as  the ordered quantity
    • If everything is in conformity, we will notify you by e-mail and we will refund the order subtotal amount (excluding shipping and taxes) within 30 days in the form of a Glassmania voucher / Store Credit.

Important information about the return:

  • Only whole lots (total quantity of the same ordered item) can be returned. We do not accept partial returns.
    • For example, if you order 36 Robusto wine glasses, all 36 glasses must be returned. 
  • The cost of the return, VAT and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will only be made in the form of a Glassmania voucher. 

How long after receipt can I return the products?

If you live in Switzerland, there is no right of revocation. Only for orders made from outside Switzerland you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the products to us.

In what form are products refunded?

Refunds will only be made in the form of a Glassmania voucher / Store Credits.

Who bears the costs for my return shipment?

The return costs and taxes are exclusively at the expense of the customer. Excluded: Transport costs in case of fault of Glassmania. 

How long does a refund take?

Once the return has been validated by Glassmania (according to 4.2), you will receive a refund in the form of a Glassmania voucher within 30 days.
